Heal Evoker

Specialized Elements is the trade the build is built on: you give up attunement swapping entirely, and in exchange your familiar's basic skill charges faster, its skills refund weapon recharge, and its empowered skill fires your on-attune traits — Healing Ripple and the rest — as if you had swapped in. Altruistic Aspect makes meditations grant boons to nearby allies, and you carry three: Rejuvenate, Otter's Compassion and Elemental Procession. Familiar's Focus improves the bonus Familiar's Prowess gives you after each familiar skill. The cleansing is Water's: Cleansing Water strips conditions from allies you grant regeneration to, Stop, Drop, and Roll pulls burning and chill off them when you dodge, and Diamond Skin adds more on blast finishers.

Full Minstrel's with Monk — the same healer chassis as every other Minstrel's build in the library. Transference raises healing to other allies by 10%, Life stacks healing power off kills, and Frenzy gives you two seconds back on every equipped skill when something dies. Karakosa heals nearby allies on a blast finisher, the same trigger Diamond Skin wants. The gear is not where this build differs from Heal Tempest; the delivery is.

This build carries no Stability: it takes Earthen Blessing where Heal Tempest takes Rock Solid, and there is no cantrip on the bar either. It also has no aura share, so Elemental Shielding's protection has almost nothing to attach to.

And Specialized Elements means the element you picked is the element you keep for the whole fight. If your squad can protect a healer well enough to let it finish an overload, Heal Tempest's aura package does more.
