Heal Paragon Staff / Sword & Warhorn Paragon gives the Warrior chants and command skills.
Rally the Valiant unlocks them, and the chants sit on the profession bar as bursts:
Chant of Action applies boons,
Chant of Recuperation grants barrier,
Chant of Freedom breaks stun for allies around you. Each one then leaves a refrain that keeps pulsing its effect while it burns through your motivation stacks — and motivation is also what
Unyielding Resolve converts into damage reduction, so the resource that fuels the support is the resource that keeps you alive.
Heal Paragon is our build of it: Minstrel's, a bar of Command skills with echoing heals, barrier and boons, and two banners. Underneath the healing sits the Warrior support package —
Empower Allies and
Phalanx Strength, which give nearby allies
Might.
What it does not bring is boon strip. That lives on Spellbreaker, and if the strip is what your squad is short of, Boon Spellbreaker is the Warrior to take instead. Like every support here, it is a zerg build; alone, a Paragon kills nothing.
Heal Paragon Staff / Sword & Warhorn The two halves of the bar feed each other. Your Command skills all carry an Echo — they fire again after an interval, or early if you use a burst skill — and your chants are burst skills. So a chant is not just a chant: it is the trigger that pulls the second heal out of
"We Shall Return!" and the second barrier out of
"Brace Yourselves!".
Reverberation lets that echo fire twice, and
Feverish Pulse cuts the recharge of your other chants every time you use one. Played well, it is a loop; played as five buttons in a row, it is a much smaller build.
Motivation is the meter to watch. You gain it from chants, and from bursts and weapon swaps while a refrain is running (
Rally the Valiant,
Inspiring Implements); the refrain spends it every interval and ends when it runs out. While you hold it,
Unyielding Resolve is reducing the damage you take.
Where it struggles is that it has nothing to offer a fight it is not embedded in. No strip, no meaningful damage, and every skill in the bar aimed at allies in an area around you.
